Vivian Cavalieri

To encourage direct communication between the viewer and the art, I set museum glass in a custom wooden frame that reaches out to embrace the viewer.  The clarity of museum glass creates the illusion that the viewer is present at the scene, thereby encouraging communication, and the shape of the frame keeps the conversation private.
